SUMMARY:Cheese Fondue & Beer for Two Virtual Tasting Experience
DESCRIPTION:Beer and Cheese Pairing Events are changing! \n\n\n\nFirst up\, you’ll be enjoying Fondue and Beer at home. \n\n\n\nThis is a virtual only event that will be shared over Zoom. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAdam and Gurth will be on the call facilitating the discussions and answering questions you may have. We can’t wait to see what you will add to the plate for your fondue. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nGurth has selected two different cheese (Frère Jacques & Toasted Onion Gouda) and will provide you with 150 grams of each along with a recommended recipe to follow as you prepare your fondue in the comfort of your own home. This should be enough cheese for two to enjoy. We’ll share a list of things that we like to enjoy with fondue\, but feel free to add whatever you want to your plate. You don’t need a fondue set\, just a couple of pots to warm up your cheese. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis time around\, you’ll receive one can or bottle of each of the following beer to enjoy with the fondue. Share with your partner\, enjoy them yourself or pick and choose which you pair with your fondue. \n\n\n\n\nLighthouse Lager\n\n\n\n\n\nEven Keeled English Best Bitter\n\n\n\n\n\nSou’Wester West Coast IPA\n\n\n\n\n\nMae West Mango Milkshake IPA\n\n\n\n\n\nDoppelbock\n\n\n\n\n\nGibraltar Point Imperial Stout\n\n\n\n\nThe combinations are endless.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nFor February\, look for the Cooking with Beer and Cheese event which will be an in-person only event at the brewery.
