SUMMARY:Harmon's Craft Beer & Ontario Cheese Tasting Experience
DESCRIPTION:Gurth has sampled many non-alcoholic beer\, but only Toronto’s Harmon’s craft beer tastes like beer. \n\n\n\nCreated in 2021 by Steve Abrams\, Rob Doyle and Mike Cuch\, Harmon’s is on a mission to brew delicious non-alcoholic craft beer. \n\n\n\nDrawing on their 40+ combined years of industry experience\, they adapted and updated methods used by generations of small brewers to create an innovative way of making non-alcoholic beer. They believe the best way to make great beer is to work within existing brewing frameworks. That means no fancy equipment or special technology is used to remove the alcohol after fermentation. They just rely on clever recipe design and close attention to detail. \n\n\n\nYou will experience their: \n\n\n\n\nTresette Italian-style Pilsner\n\n\n\nLunchbox Lagered Ale\n\n\n\nJack Pine Pale Ale\n\n\n\n\nMatched to these Ontario cheese: \n\n\n\n\nGOLD 18 month Gouda\n\n\n\nWildwood alpine-style\n\n\n\nBeau’s Abbey-style Cheese\n\n\n\n\nPrice is per participant. \n\n\n\nParticipants can be younger than 19 years of age as non-alcoholic beer (>0.5%) will be sampled. \n\n\n\nWeather permitting\, the event is planned to be outdoors in our Cheeselovers’ Garden.
