Pretty knows cheese! He grew up in Montreal\, studied at George Brown College’s Chef School and worked as a professional cook in Atlanta\, Dublin\, Paris\, Brussels and Nuremberg.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHe authored the World Gourmand Cookbook Award winning The Definitive Guide to Canadian Artisanal & Fine Cheese and co-authored The Definitive Canadian Wine & Cheese Cookbook\, and judged cheese at The Canadian Cheese Grand Prix\, the Canadian Cheese Awards & the World Championship Cheese Competition.
