About Lakeview Cheese Galore
Mississauga’s Gourmet Cheese Experience
I created Lakeview Cheese Galore because local residents enjoyed the cheese I featured in my virtual tastings with Stonehooker Brewing Co. and Spirit Tree Estate Cidery. The participants wanted to be able to buy the cheese again and again, and discover other tasty cheese, beverage and food combinations.
The motto of Lakeview Cheese Galore is “Tasting is believing!” By using your senses, you discover the personal cheese attributes for yourself
What Makes Us Different
Local Artisanal Cheese
We love Cheese, all cheese, however one of the things that makes us different from other stores is that we focus on local Ontario cheese, made by small scale, artisanal, cheesemakers.
We are able to source hard to find cheese, as many of our suppliers are smaller operations with limited production.
We Love to Talk
Cheese has a story and we want to share that with you. From helping you pick some new (to you) cheese to take home, to different ways to use and enjoy old favourites we are here to help you.
Pairs With
While most Cheese stands on its own and can be enjoyed by itself pairing it with other delicious treats is both an art and a pleasure. We will guide you to some great combinations and we are proud to carry products from Canadian food businesses.
