White Game Changer is a firm cheese, natural mild, milky flavour with a hint of white wine. Soaked in Vineland Estates Winery's Game Changer white wine.
Aged for 3 to 5 months.
Made by co-owner Ramon, a Swiss Master Cheesemaker, using the milk from the adjoining dairy farm of co-owners Hans and Jolanda.
It tastes great on a cheese platter with fruits and nuts or as a snack. The cheese melts very well, making it a special treat for raclette or grilled cheese sandwiches. White Game Changer also makes an incredible risotto.
