You will discover:

• Proseco Pasqua, made from the “Glera” grape varietal of the Treviso region of Italy
• Escudo Rojo Sauvignon Blanc, comes from the Valle de Casablanca, situated near the Pacific Coast, 80km north west of Santiago, Chile
• Escudo Rojo Syrah, from the Maipo Valley, 30km south of Santiago, Chile.

The featured wine are available for purchase by the case, from Charton Hobbs.

The matching Ontario cheese are:

• Buffalo Bliss buffalo brie cheese, made for Hope Eco Farms, a dairy co-operative near Aylmer
• Capri Ella goat cheese by Stonetown Artisan Cheese near St. Marys
• Mountainoak GOLD Gouda by Mountainoak Cheese near New Hamburg
