Come to Lakeview Cheese Galore to experience the Ontario gouda made by Adam at his New Hamburg cheese facility. He uses cows' milk from his own herd and goats' milk from the nearby Chevon Dairy Farm. Wendy will be at the shoppe, sharing her knowledge and offering samples of the cheese to you.
