Raclette
Raclette is a type of semi-soft cheese that has been washed with salt water.
The Swiss and French traditionally melt and scrape the cheese onto boiled baby potatoes, served with slices of smoked ham and gherkins.
We enjoy it melted over fried sliced sausages, shrimp and mushrooms and steamed broccoli.
